Serving Suggestions

Sift 3 grams of Instant Genius Matcha into a wide brimmed bowl, add a little hot water (just off boil).
Whisk using a traditional bamboo whisk called a Chasen. The key to achieving creamy matcha tea with a delicate layer of foam on top is whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion.
Add milk or sweetener if desired.
Start by whisking immediately after adding the water with the bristles touching the bottom of the cup.
Once you start to see the tea froth, gently raise the whisk to the top of the tea to whip soft foam, the whisking creates a foamy tea that can be poured into your cup/glass and add more water (hot, or cold if pouring over ice).
Add Almond Milk or sweetener to your taste.
